    • Available sizes: 68”x24” or 72”x24”, all 6mm thick
    • Constructed with durable, clean PVC material that will not tear, easy to roll for travel
    • Waffle weave pattern for optimal grip and flexibility
    • Yoga mats are designed with a sticky surface and 3mm thick for assisting you to hold a pose, whereas Pilates mats are 6mm or thicker for extra cushioning, however if you are looking for a dual mat, a 6mm mat is a good match
    • Unroll and air out mat 2-3 days before use to eliminate any odors that may occur when unwrapping, while wiping with mild soap and water after each use
