Full price and sale merchandise may be returned within 30 days of order delivery when purchased directly from J/FIT.COM. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. Gift Cards are not eligible for return. Current processing time for all domestic returns is approximately 7 business days. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you are experiencing an issue with an item purchased directly from one of our retail locations and/or from an authorized online partner such as Amazon, Walmart, etc., please contact them directly as we defer to their customer policies. We cannot except returns nor exchanges when items are purchased through our partners.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
If you wish to return your item purchased from JFIT.COM directly, please review our policies and instructions below:
Merchandise must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on Amazon, external retailers or any other online partner.
We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through JFIT.COM to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern.
Follow these steps to return your purchase:
Step 1: Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Please include your full name, J/FIT invoice and/or order number, return reason, and items you would like to return.
Step 2: Ensure that your item/s are in their original packaging. If you are unable to return the item with the original packaging, please use a plain, unmarked shipping box with all previous labels removed. Seal your box securely.
Step 3: You must prepay your return package freight. If item is deemed defective, we will refund your postage. Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location or call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pick-up.
You may also send your package to the address below using the traceable shipping method of your choice. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned, nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.
